Hi Scott,
Welcome aboard. If the levers are constructed the same as those on the
Convert, T3FB and G5 models, the plastic bushing where they attach to
the frame rail is probably worn. I'm not sure if they're still
available, if not something from the hardware store can be adapted. The
linkage wears at nearly every connection - the hole gets oblong and the
pins grooved. You can open the holes up to use 5/16"/8mm pins in place
of the o.e. 6mm ones. It's usually recommended that you drill the hole
slightly undersize then ream it to fit snugly. Or you can use "Heim" or
spherical rod end joints and custom make new rods for a longer lasting
linkage. Cheers,
