Hi Jeb,
You don't mention which style you need (early style without slots or
late with). If you need the early style (or would like to "backdate" the
looks a bit), Mark @ Moto Guzzi Classics did have fiberglass repros. for
a reasonable price. Otherwise, eBay may be your best bet. Cheers,

Hi all, Long story short, the side covers on my '71 Ambo are damaged beyond repair. Sometime in the past, someone used a blow to strip the original paint from the covers and when I chemically stripped them in preparation for professional painting it became clear I inherited a mess of metal fatigue, warping, and bondo. Searches this past week on Ebay and MGNOC have turned up no appropriate side covers for sale/auction (now I think back on all the ones I've seen these past years - coulda- wooulda- shoulda). So, while I'll continue to search, does anyone know another source I might investigate? I'm a paint job away from completion of a 4 year restoration project! Many thanks to all in advance. -Jeb |
