Steve, when you ride old loops there really isn't a "dealer" to be near. You kind of have to make it happen yourself. That being said you have happened on the best place to get help, info and support. Most if not all of us have been in your place. We love these old bikes and have rebiult, restored, modified, improved, kept running way past death these wonderful old machines. You should not have any problem getting the engine, driveline, mechanical parts you need from the usual sorces. If you need sheetmetal or body parts you will learn to love the internet, e-bay and scrap yards. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and you will be flooded with knowledge and offers of help from this goup, a really great group of guys who like you just love these old bikes and are happy to see another one back on the road.

I'm overwhelmed, thanks so much to everyone for the idea's and support, obviously the best thing I did after getting the guzzi's was discover this group! I'm excited about trying some of your suggestions out. Really thanks to everyone it's great to have a "support group" when you are hundred's of miles from the nearest guzzi dealer. going out today for a big can of carb cleaner and try to dig up my timing light which I haven't used since the early 90's!
