It's not original, but will certainly work and look great. If you use standard (not metric) sizes, I'm sure the prices will be a lot cheaper. I've not checked, but I bet metric fasteners of that type and size will be a lot more expensive. I don't think that is a good way to go, as those bolts need to be torqued(don't they?)and unless the allthread was cut to the right lenth, you might have a problem getting the right torque with an acorn nut on the end..Follow what I'm saying? The acorn nut might prohibit the travel needed for correct torque values.....
