I MUST PIPE UP HERE...
I had Bridgestone B45 tires put on my 850T recently replacing a well used
pair of avons. I am in awe of this tire. Maybe I have been missing
something, but this is the only motorcycle tire I have ever had that
COMPLETELY ignores rain grooves, expansion joints, bridge gratings and other
road irregularities that have always pulled me to and fro on every
motorcycle I have ever owned in more than 30 years of riding. I am even
unaffected by truck ruts in our well worn freeways and some of the back
roads around here that have rain grooves used to always make me feel
queesily uncomfortable are now a pleasure. I have looked for the worst
transition grooves on freeway onramp merges and kept the bike on the
expansion joint on sweeping curves just to prove to myself I am not
dreaming. Maybe I missed some part of tire development in the last few
decades.....
