Nope, not really. I think I have seen some Cimatti mopeds before. Did the motorcycles use Minarelli or Morini engines? Do you have one? Looking for parts? I run across stuff. We do have an old Moto Beta engine that I think is really a Morini.
Our little bikes are slightly more "mainstream", heh, heh. Ducatis, Benellis, and Aermacchis. I should have a Sears/Gilera pretty soon too.
I rode my little Ducati 160 Monza Jr. over to the looper gathering at Mid Ohio. The little Duc turned out to be great Mid Ohio pit bike.
Best Regards,
Darrell

| Hi Bill,
Nope, the Gilera (Sears), the Benelli (Wards Riverside), the Aermacchis (HD) and the Guzzi Stornello are all individual |
designs.
| The engines are all individual and unique. The cycle parts are sometimes interchangeable, they were usually purchased from the |
same
| Italian vendors like Marzocchi, Ceriani, Silentium, CEV, Aprilia, |
| Magneti-Marelli, Dansi, Guiliari, etc. I own quite a few of these |
| little bikes, and have have worked on or sold a lot of others in |
the
| past.
Never had a small Guzzi single though, but it is on my wish list.

| Hey Loopers; This doesn't apply to Loops, but never the less, I thought someone out there might be able to answer this for me. I took a |
look
| at the photos that John so kindly shared with us, and saw #18, the |
| Guzzi 125 single, and it made me wonder about something...I have a |
| 1968 Sears/Gilera 124cc, and I've seen Aeramacchi singles, they, along withthis particular Guzzi single, all are almost identical, |
| same frame/motor configuration, same shocks, same exhaust, same forks, same fenders...what gives? Did one company in Italy make singles, then all the rest sell them as them own? If so, who made |
| them all? Guzzi? Not like this is a life or death question, just wondering.... Bill 73 Bronze Eldo
