An easy test would be to remove the valve covers, and the coil wire, and
crank her over. See how far the oil spurts. If it spurts a good long
ways, it's prolly the sending unit, as most of the smarter people on the
list have already offered. If'n it don't spurt too far, prolly a weak
pump.....
