Subject: Eldo handlebar question

Hi,
The bars off my Eldo (73) have several oval shaped holes on the backside
and one in the middle for wires but also have two very small unthreaded,
countersunk, round holes (one on each side) just a bit inboard of where
the grips will stop. Any ideas? I don't recall pulling anything from
these.
