The only problem I ever had with them is the lock on top of the shaft
wallowed out and it would not lock. It would go all away forward.

It was a very trying day today, and the worst part came after I thought
it was all over.
I parked my bike on its police sidestand to open a gate, and the
sidestand broke, sending the bike onto its side, scratching the hell
out of the new paint on the fairing.
Anyone else ever had one of these muthas break?
I'll never trust one again.
For whoever wanted them, took pix of the alternator and mount. Now I
need to figure out how to get them on my computer and email them.
