I'm not an expert on the striping, and I'm sure that it varied from
bike to bike since it was hand done, but to answer your question from
what I've seen on black bikes the stripes are wiped off at an angle at
the ends, forming a point but not in the center of the line. It's hard
to explain, so I've uploaded a front fender photo at the end of the
album. If it still doesn't work for you let me know and I'll send it to
you directly.
The stripes on white bikes were black and red, more on the top of
the fender, and started at the edge.
