Hi Mike,
The Falcone is owned by a customer, but I have the best of both worlds.
Once I finish it (and that's taking a long time :-)), he said I can use
it whenever he isn't. Since he's heavy into horses and vintage BMWs,
that could be quite often.
The Falcone is a '66 ex-"financial police" model. It may be in the
May/June issue of Road Runner magazine since one of the writers was
along on a ride I lead prior to the Moto-Fest and was also at the show
the next day. Great fun to ride, but kind of fiddly. A V50 would be a
better choice for the missus probably. If you want a Falcone, bring lots
of money. I was hoping to find one, but refuse to sell off all of my
Loops and the V7 Sport just to afford one! Cheers,
Charlie

Charlie, you mentioned recently that you have a Falcone, didn't you? What year? Now that I have a bike bigger then my Ambo, my thougts are turning to having one smaller as well - for my wife to ride, naturally. |
