The manual also says to idle the bike to 1000-1200 RPM while you
adjust this setting. My throttle has the thumbscrew to hold it in this position.
The start position for the right carb is 1 12 turns, but the left is 1 34 to
2 turns. Also check synchronazation of the slides before you start on the carb
