In Grand Rapids, Michigan I looked at a '73 Eldo police style today and I
think it's a good restoration project for someone. I would take it myself except
I'm already involved in a restoration. I wish I had run across this one last
fall when I started my restoration.

The bike is disassembled, has dual front disk brakes, and is missing only a
saddle, siren, and possibly a couple of other small parts from what I could
see. The owner said the bike was running when he took it apart. The engine and
tranny certainly looked fine and I would guess it was running pretty well before
it was disassembled. The chrome on the tank looked great, didn't have any
dings, and the rest of the sheet metal had no dings. The paint is peeling and an
awful blue color. The whole bike is painted that color including the frame.
The inside of the tank was in good shape though it will need a Kream job to
stabilize the loose stuff in it. Most of the chrome was good though the handlebar
chrome was bad.

If you are interested in it call Craig Breckon at 616 -887 9139. His email is
royalra-@msn.com. I am not related to Craig in any way and am providing
this information only as a courtesy. I'm not financially involved in any way.
The bike is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan in a garage and has a clean
Michigan title.
