| of the Steering Head says "FEB 1970" and there is a 5 digit number for the frame and engine. It is white in color and does look like an LAPD Police Motorcycle. I think it may be a V7 700, V7 Special, or a V7 Ambassador. Other than a "Moto Guzzi" decal on the gas tank, there are no other printed clues as to the model.
