Yes, there should be two pivots and a link with two clevises on the
ends. I know because I had one fling down I-275 when doing some
shakedowns on the Eldo. You think that brake sucks stock, try with only
one show moving!
I do not think there is a chrome trim "cap" on the bottom steering
bearing.
