Hi Brian,
The V700 and Eldo use 8/37 gear sets, most Ambos the 8/35. I say "most"
because my '69 Ambo has 8/37 gears.
If anyone has a good set of 8/35 gears (no pitting on the teeth or
chipped teeth, good splines), I need a set. Just the gears (as long as
they are from the same rear drive) or a complete rear drive box would be
fine. Thanks!

Could someone with a handy copy of 'Guzziology' please let me know the ring/pinion ratios for the Ambassador and Eldorado rear drive units. I think that they are 8/35 and 8/37 but I could be wrong. Thanks Brian Murphy '74 Eldorado '78 T-3 '76 R90S |
