| Hi Everybody, Got home from my last race of the season a week ago. I did sixteen |
though I wasn't very happy with my racing this year, I managed to win the
Formula Vintage National Championship with AHRMA somehow. Due to a screw up
on my part where I broke both collarbones at Jennings in March, I was way
behind the eight ball by my next race in South Carolina. David Crussel who
was leading the points had scored a lot of points in six races before I had
any. He had already gotten four wins and two thirds. Fortunately he never
beat me all year and I was able to get five wins and eight other podiums
which allowed me to inch by him in the points at Barber and clinch the
National Championship at the season finale at Talladega.
| I would like to thank all of the members of this list that helped me |
gear and tools were all seriously damaged in a fire. This Championship is
for you. While the money was very helpful, the sentiment behind it, was even
more so. A number of people that I had never even spoken to sent sizeable
donations to help resurrect Zydeco Racing from ashes. That's pretty cool. So
a very big thanks to:
