Well, I took a stock seat pan that was damaged in the back, one of the
boltdown tabs was missing and the other was bent under, and I brought it
to work and I took a sawsall and I cut the back part off!!!
The seat cover was redone not too long ago, and has a really nice front
bucket part, big enough for my 'wide-load'! So, now I will cut off the
foam from the rear bucket that I don't need and cut the material long
enough to fold over the existing foam, glue and use! I will have to
cut/bend a piece to support the back, but that is no biggie.
I also have a set of H-D police saddle springs to use under it! I'll
take some photos and try and make them available to all ya'all!
