Tom, that's funny!
The engine in that pic with the 'red sidecar' is an optical illusion. I
hadn't noticed it until you pointed it iout. Also, the sidecar is
actually the motorcycle. It looks like a little batmobile kind of
thing.
Here's a crappy picture of the red bike (a "75 record" ). Sorry, but my
camera was malfunctioning, so I got about half of the bike and half of
the frame before I took the picture of the bike. C'est la vie. Oh,
wait...that's not Italian.

I was happy to see these photos. The museum has been updated some- all
the bikes used to be along the walls, and not shown off very well.
Cheers,
Jason

This is from the big list. Check out the green loop racer. Bobbed tail end, fiberglass fairing, neat setup!!! Also, look at the size of the engine sitting on the windowsill in the pic with the red sidecar!!! It is HUGE!!! <snip> I've cobbled together a very quick page with some photos from my visit to the factory museum this summer. They are in no particular order and there are no useful descriptions but you may be interested in seeing what it looks like. Apologies for the fat git and the kids with stupid faces getting in the way of some of them! http://ianellison.org.uk/museum/museum.html The Arizona Kid Tom Short AZ MGNOC Rep Phoenix, AZ |
