Finally got my u-joint parts and got the old carrier bearing out of the swing arm. Good thing all you guys suggested replacing carrier, it was not good! Thanks!
Anything I should know about this job? I was talking to Rick at MG cycle (nice guy) and he states lube (moly) up the splines. But how about the area where the shaft meets the pumpkin, does grease go in there? What kind? What's the best way to keep the u-joint lubed? I know their sealed but any tricks I should know about?
