Hi All,
Ever tried to find six volt bulbs for an oldit hasn't been a picnic for me! It took fourbefore I found afromsimple "bayonet" base bulb for the speedo of theFalcone I've beenworking on. I still need a bulb for the "keyin/on" indicator lightwhich is cylindrical and about 1" - 1 1/8" inlength. A British carwebsite I found called it a "festoon" stylewhatever that is. It's glassend. Only thing it says
in the middle with pointed metal caps on eitheron it is that it's 6 volt and 1.5 watts. Onea VW Beetle interiorlight is the right type but too long. Any ideas?Trying to get this bikeSept. 7th in Thurmont, MD.
ready to ride on the upcoming "Nostalgia Run"
Thanks,
Charlie.
