<P>I should stop trying to type while still recovering from last night (for most of nyc blackout =excuse to party)... As my last short email said - everything is cool. Walking across the 59st bridge for the second time was not too fun in august heat, but the ladies of NYC walking along with you made it alright (better view than the skyline). It was actually kind of cool - people hung out on their porches talking w/their neighbors or headed to the pub. People were downright cordial. I got my power back early this morning, but my job didn't get it back until this afternoon, making today the nicest snowday I ever had. </P>
<P>Most important thing learned (besides that maybe I should have food groups other than beer and condiments in my house) is that never underestimate the importance of having a local bar - especially one where the bartender will let you run a tab while the ATMs are out. <BR><BR>Bikes are out in force around here. This weekend, I finish wiring the goose (hopefully).</P></DIV>
