Subject: Wixom bracket question

I received a set of Wixoms with brackets in the mail today, and I just
wanted to make sure I mount them correctly.
They came with two hex spacers with a threaded hole all the way through
each, which I am pretty sure go on the upper shock mount stud. Then
there are two other round alloy spacers, bolts and wave washers. Do the
alloy spacer go on the rear seat mount bolts or the lower mounts (buddy
peg holes)?
Also, I guess I can't use the grab handles if I want to open the bags
very far. Do I use the factory spacer between the bracket and the frame
or not?
