Hi Mike,
"Temporary unobtainium" most likely is the case. As I understand it,
Gilardoni makes the kits in batches. It's usually a few months from when
the last of the current batch is sold and when the next batch is ready.
I was on Agostini's "waiting list" for a set about a year ago, but grew
a little anxious that maybe Gilardoni was too busy supplying the Guzzi
factory and would discontinue manufacture of the Loop sets and
aftermarket sales. Turns out my fears were unfounded, although it was
three months before they were available again from Agostini. In the mean
time I bought a set of them from MG Cycle. I believe that as long as
there is a demand for them Gilardoni will continue to supply them.
Cheers,

Charlie

 Hi Mike,

http://www.agostiniduilio.com

However, with the current exchange rate, you won't likely save much by
buying from Agostini's. Cost of the kits will be around $430/pr. then
add another $50 or so for shipping/packaging/handling. You wind up with
nearly the same total as buying from MG Cycle. Just a thought...

Charlie.

Not to mention that it seems that the 750 and 850 kits are
unobtanium right now.
