This past weekend I'm out on the Ambo tearing up the countryside and the bike starts riding rough, real rough. ("So what's new with that Bob, your bike always has something wrong with it" you say.) Anyway, I hobble to my friend Joes house and we think maybe timing is way off or something. I take the port side plug wire off and notice that the plug cap is split wide open, like a fish on Friday! So, I figure the electricity was arcing across to the cylinder instead of to the plug. My friend Joe says that this should be impossible since the resistance to the plug is much less than the resistance through the air to the cylinder. What's your guess? Bob
PS with new plug cap on bike runs better!
