Hi Vince,
The set I used was the "Extra-long Reverse-cone Megaphone Muffler" - not sure if these are considered the large mouth or small mouth bass (er, I mean mufflers).

If you look closely at the rear-view pic I have posted on Yahoo (http://photos.yahoo.com/amboman4), you can see how the mounting bracket needs to be bent in order for the mufflers to tuck in where they should be. It roughly 1" of offset - the bracket can be bent in a vise by hand easily.
My centerstand was already modified to clear the previous mufflers, so I can't comment on that issue. Cheers,

The JC Whitney on line catalogue only has one kind of Dunstall type
muffler. Are these the large or the small mouth versions? Do they clear
the center stand when it is up? Does the rear mount corrospond properly
with the mounting bracket? Thanks for any info.

. I have the loud ones on now . LOUD but a ton of power . The small

the cylinder of a revolver. I guess they're supposed to be patterned
after Dunstalls? Anyway, they do sound good (to me at least) and were
