Did you check the springs on the distributor advance? Could they be worn out? Wrong number of coils (I think there's two kinds)? Just another possibility, I suppose.

The air filter is clean, it is getting spark, and plenty of gas at slower speeds (it accelerates great). I think there must be something wrong with my carburetors. I have not had time to go through them yet, though. Today I had a plug foul out today (Black/sooty) and I can not seem to get the bike to maintain an idol on its own. I will check the accelerator pump pistons to make sure they are both correctly
