Hi Greg, yes, good power improvement with the 949cc kit on the eldos. These kits are designed for the later motors with wider rocker arm clearance. To fit to the eldo you must widen the crankcase bores (or turn down cylinders, less desirable) and also widen the pushrod holes TOWARDS the cylinder to accomodate the pushrod on the early rocker arm. Also use the later head gaskets and widen them as well. It's a bit tricky to get a reliable seal on the gasket. Optimally, you would also have the crank rebalanced. Steven Seftel
