Hi Chris,
Maybe I did it wrong. I did not know which part went on first so I put the
floorboard rails on first and the crashbars on the outside and my pipe goes
right through the opening in the sidestand with no contact of any kind. Also
I did not use any kind of washers for shimming. I haven't get everything
together yet but it looks like it will work. Maybe I did it ass backwards
but it seems to fit. Maybe someone can tell us who's right.

Now the problem is that my exhaust pipe doesn't want to fit right because it hits the rail (the shimming pushed the rail left into the path of where the pipe goes through the sidestand bracket.) Should I brake out the angle grinder and take a piece of the sidestand bracket so the rails sit flush? Thoughts?
