Hi , I got the email , I was just waiting till the harnesses were ready to send out before replying. I got a set of sockets and pieced the stuff together . Also I made a little diagram up and a pic on flattening the terminals to gain clearance at the rear of the headlamp. |
Jesse,
Sorry about the second E-mail , somehow I got a duplicate message,
noticed the date on the message after I answered. I felt really stupid!
I will be posting a notice when the next batch of wrenches are done. I only do them ehen a mill is sitting unused and lately they have been going non stop. I will be making a batch of the origianl style again then the aftermarket style. I am sending the next batch to those who have been waiting first THEN I will start a new list. |
Maybe I am already on the list for an original, I answered a request a while
back. If not no problem I'll wait. Thanks
I am thinking about kitting up some relay conversions and modern switch sets too . Those will be readily available if the demand is there. |
I have a switch that may work, Off a late 1100 Kawasaki sport bike, Includes
a choke lever and cable that looks long enough to go to the splitter. But
that's a project that's a little further down the road. Used KZ400 switches
and levers on my last Eldo and they worked great but the clutch became
stiffer due to increased throw. It's a good thing we shake right hands cause
I could have broken some bones with my left. The KZ400 switch lasted about
25 years with no problem but are unavailable now.
