Thanks for the info., I'll check them out. Rolled edge or no, it really wouldn't matter to me. It just would be nice to have mufflers that aren't rusted or pop-riveted! I thought about EPCO also, stainless would be nice but expensive. Right now I need to finish the '71 Ambo before starting anything else. Cheers, Charlie.

Problem is that the newly manufactured Shark Gills have the edge curled over, which I think ruins the look. A few years back I was working with Top Epperson (Epco) on making a stainless replica-he got held up with trying to develop the tooling to punch the louvers (gills) & the project stalled out. Last time I talked to him he was interested in tackling the job again-that has been about a year or so. You might want to contact him to see if he's got it figured out. Good Luck!
