Michael-
It bolts on, no welding required, can be installed without removing the
shaft and if you want to 'go back', it can be removed. The arm that
comes out of the trans needs to be removed and reinstalled 180 degrees,
i.e. normally the arm would be in the 3 o'clock position, it needs to be
reinstalled in the 9 o'clock. Look at the pic Fred provided.
