Hi Fred,
I'm not sure what the latches look like on the DB 'bags, but check out these on McMaster-Carr's website. Go to:http://www.mcmaster.com/
then in the box next to "Find" enter 1863A23. It will give you a description on the left of the screen and below that you can click on "catalog page" to take you to the illustrations of the various types of latches. "N" is the most like a Wixom 'bag latch. Key locking and nickel plated for $5.65 ea. Not bad! If you look long enough you can find most anything there. Cheers,
