Anyone have any long term experience with the Valtek?

Yes, I have over 120,000 miles on my valtek and chain. I remember it
looked pretty flimsy when I saw it and I really had my doubts. I took it
apart to replace a timing cover seal after around 80-90k and all I saw
were two ever so slight wear grooves in the plastic. Couldn't of been
more than 5% of the material thickness.
