I don't think any oven will take off rust, but the paint inside the
headlight shell is just primer. I had my shell painted, but when I do
have parts coated, they blast them first.

Getting my headlignt bucket powder coated. My guy usually strips the parts by burning off the paint and rust in an oven. I noticed the inside of the headlight bucket has a unique kind of coating. Does anyone know if it is there for some electrical properties? Is it a special primer or paint? If so, is it available?
