The rubber floor mat sold at hardware stores by the foot is very close
to the original. The battery is a tough one to find in an absorbed glass
mat type. Tou will find some smaller ones that come close. If you wind
up with one of the garden tractor batteries ,do yourself a favor and
find one with a remote vent connection. Miers stores in Michigan have a
good one for $29. The remote vent will avoid a lot of corrosion problems
like the seat pan and stained mufflers. Just carefully route the vent
away from these areas and secure the tube so it cannot spatter acid on
the metal parts.
