I'm waiting for reason number 11
"Too Busy Watching 'Rush Hour II' on DVD"
I witnessed a cager driving down the freeway the other day doing about 60
(flow of traffic on both sides of him was about 75) with a laptop on the
dashboard and what looked like (from my brief glance as I decided to get
away from this hazard as quickly as possible) a movie playing. He was sole
occupant in the vehicle. First it's cell phones, now DVD players. Look out
and be careful out there.
