Greetings Loopers,

The good news is I got my heads back yesterday. The bad news, the
machinist
went out of business after installing new valve guides but did not ream
them
to fit the valves. Can anyone recommend someone to fit the valves and
maybe
check the seats & valves?

Secondly, after months of trying to remove the rear motor mount and
against
my better judgment I cut through the 2 aluminum spacers and finally got
the
left footpeg and gear shift lever off. The bolt is still stuck in the
trans
with about 1.5" sticking out on each end. Is there anything I can do
besides
heat the bottom of the trans and tap & twist the bolt finishing with a
liberal application of penetrating oil, let sit overnight, and repeat ad

nauseum?

Are those aluminum spacers obtainable?
