I do not know about progressive springs, but I just got a set from MG Cycle
for my 74 LAPD. They seemed a looked a little beefier then the stock
springs. I think these were made in Germany. The really helped the front
end. My bike does not feel like I am riding a john boat a 90 + MPH

Subject: Progressive Springs on 74 LAPD
Hey There Guzzi Mavens,
Anyone have experince with progressive springs (Wirth maybe) on a 1974
Eldo LAPD? I have a quote from Austrailia for about $111 USD for
progressives for a V7 Sport. Since the LAPD is heavier I think it would
use different springs than does the V7.
Any experinces out there?
Thanks,
