Is your large tube leaking oil because of the cracks? Or are they just surface cracks? My immediate thought is that you could 'paint' on several coats of Plasti-Dip (http://www.plasti-coat.com/) to stop the leaks. The stuff is very flexible and is impervious to oil and even battery acid - not sure about gas, though. And the stuff comes in several colors, red, black, yellow are the ones I know about.

Mike, They are metric but the hard part is finding tubing that is impervious to oil in that size in metric. I think that Guzziology sez to get some fuel line in a standard size - the size I can't remember. Or maybe you can find some polyurethane tubing in the correct size. I tried to find some tubing to replace the big oil breather hose but to no avail.

Thanks for all the imput on gas line choices. I figured but did not know for sure that they were metric. That will make choosing the right size a lot easier. One more question as long as I have the tank off I want to change the oil breather lines too. I assume they are metric as well?
