You can put the spring and washer on the wrong side of the rocker and this
will be quite evident upon startup. lotta rattle.

oil comes from the banjo connection under the generator, through drillings
in the head, through the rocker supports, to the rocker arm bearings. that's
what the drillings are for in the rocker spindle.
can't remember offhand if they can be put in the wrong way.

Just curious...the "pins" that hold the rocker assemblies seem to have an oil pathway through them at about midpoint. What is this for? AND, can |
put them in wrong way by chance? I thought they were for oil, but how |
oil get there in the first place? My cylinders and pistons are relatively new, how and for how long do most |
you break in your new top ends? Thanks, David Szenasy Eldorado _________________________________________________________________ Join the world's largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com |
