I can get these from a local source at reasonable prices. They are the
same as BMW connectors and he has MANY types. He also has spring loaded
covers to keep the weather out.He has male and female connectors
brackets fuses etc. Everything you need from one source. Email me and I
will send you the info.

I want to hook up the rear facing lights on my Wixom hardbags with some waterproof electrical connectors. The type where when the connector is not used, there is a small plug to prevent the connection inside from corroding. I remember that there is one from John Deere that is the spitting image of the BMW electrical connector. But the dealer here (DC only has John Deere lawn/garden tractor dealers) needs a part number or a tractor model number. Anyone have that info? Just came back from 3 days of twisty riding in WVa (at Marlington). Found out that it isn't all that terrible to scrape the centerstand in some of the corners. But I did loose the small circlip on the end of the rear brake shaft which allowed the shaft to float out too far to the right and it hung up on the right foot peg. This occurred at the most inopportune time.....had to go slow until I bungeed the shaft, holding it to the left. Bruce |
