I suspect this won't be of much help since a lot of those special tools
are NLA...
I suspect you could remove them by taking an old screwdriver and hammering
a 90 degree bend in the end. Then grip the screwdriver tightly with a
vice grip and put the bend in the screwdriver behind the bearing race with
the swingarm in a vice.
Hit the vice grip with a hammer and gradually remove the races.
