Oh yuck...seal swell stuff.
The front seal comes out with a beer in hand and a small screwdriver after
you have taken off the generator pulley and sleeve on the crankshaft. Just
be very careful not to scrape the crankshaft! Took about 45 minutes.
I replaced the guzzi seals on the clutch pushrod with I think it was five
o-rings of which size I dont remember. Just snug enough to resist a light
push on the rod. About 10 min...but I had the trans. out at the time.
Have you renoved the belt on the generator pulley to see if it is the
bearings in the generator when you bar the engine over?
