These are pretty tricky to get out; I've had some success with very
carefully tapping with a very small sharp chisel to raise the head of
the drive screw enough to grip it with a good set of needle nose pliers.
Once you can grab the head, a counter clockwise twist usually brings
them out. Beer and patience works well here.
The data plate may or may not be glued on, which is another obstacle
to getting it off without destroying it. It is aluminum, and can be
rolled flat again, and the black paint that you scratched while doing
any of the above can be touched up with a black indelible sharpie
marker. Good luck!
