The goal of most altered-rake triple trees is to reduce trail,
which reduces the steering effort for sidecar rigs, which do
NOT countersteer. In the case of Guzzis and most others,
the rake is increased slightly to accomplish this. My original
question was to find out if this was how the original sidecar
front ends for Ambos was designed. There is a company in
Canada that will modify the stock triple trees ($$$$), but I
would rather get a set of the originals if at all possible.

I believe less rake. You want less self centering for
