Hi y'all,
Finished my own return trip at 9 pm last night after 8 hrs. and 420 miles. Lots of stops to rehydrate and snack. Not much "tailend negativity" since I put the stock style bars back on. My tired old beasty made it the whole way without any problems, may need some attention before NC though.
Great to see everyone at the Fri. night meet and greet! Didn't get to stay long enough to watch the MG Cycles guys race on Sun., but they really kicked butt on Sat. Two races, two wins! Great job guys! Unfortunately, Charlie Cole crashed in the second race on Sat. and has a broken collarbone last I heard. Picked up a few more NOS bits from a vendor in the swapmeet area and saw plenty more bits I could use. Never did make it up to Tips either.
