I tried to adjust my carbs using the method described in the workshop
manual, and can't get it quite right. When it instructs me to take the plug
off the LH side cylinder and to adjust the RH carb, it is fine. When I take
the plug off the RH cylinder, it does not run as easily and will stall
unless I get the RPMs up more. I have the initial settings on the mixture
screws as 1 1/2 turns out on the LH, and 1 3/4 on the RH carb. Is this a
good way to set the carbs or not? My question because although it starts
and runs good, there is a bit of hesitation when I hit the throttle from
idle.
Ideas anyone?
