Subject: Left side brake/right side shift

Mark Etheridge sent me gratis (thanks Mark!) the last bit of brake
linkage to swap the red Ambo over to left side brake, right side shift.
It sure does make things a tad interesting! It took a few days to really
get the hang of it and now I can go from bike to bike without too much
trouble. It makes the one down, four up and one up, three or four down
patterns seem easy in comparison.
