I bet you could do the same with concrete degreaser or simple green
I'll ask some smart folks I know and see if they have ever used the yammy
stuff

Supposedly you mix it with water and simmer it on a burner for a short time. I have never tried it, but those guys swear it will clean any crud in any carb. They say it is available at the Yamaha dealerships some in stock others special order.
